Because many of our products are handmade and made to order, please review this Shipping Policy before completing your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders require processing time before they are shipped.
Standard orders generally require 2-3 business days for processing.
Made-to-order, customized, gender reveal, bulk, wholesale, and specialty orders may require additional processing time as stated on the applicable product listing.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Time
Once an order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and service selected.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur because of weather, holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside the control of 11Twenty3.
Packaging
Every order is carefully inspected, packaged, and secured before being handed over to the shipping carrier.
We take reasonable steps to protect your order during transportation.
After Shipment
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, 11Twenty3 does not control how the carrier handles, transports, or delivers the package.
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact 11Twenty3 within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product, shipping box, and packaging materials.
We will review the situation and determine whether store credit or another appropriate resolution is available.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, 11Twenty3 is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding delivery issues.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
