Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items

11Twenty Collection and 11Twenty3 Goodies are not liable for any items lost, damaged, or stolen during transit once the order has been shipped. To mitigate risks, we recommend selecting shipping options that include tracking and insurance.

Wrong Address Policy

While we will make every effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee changes to your shipping address once an order has been processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.
