Because our products are handmade, slight differences in appearance, color, texture, shape, and decorative details may occur.

Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

All Sales Are Final
11Twenty3 does not offer refunds. All sales are final.
When an issue qualifies for a resolution under our policies, store credit may be offered instead of a refund, subject to applicable law.
Made-to-Order Products
Some products are made specifically after an order is placed.
Made-to-order, customized, personalized, gender reveal, bulk, and specialty orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
Product Safety
Customers are responsible for following all safety instructions provided with candles, wax melts, skincare products, and other purchases.
Candles and wax melts should never be left unattended while in use.
Skincare products should be used according to product instructions and ingredient information.
